No more missed deliveries

Here at Sewell on the go, we’re always open. So while you’re filling up with fuel or popping in for lunch, why not pick up a parcel too?

We’ve now got parcel lockers at most of our stores, where you can collect a range of packages. Simply scan the email you’re received or enter a code, and the locker containing your parcel will unlock.

There are loads of advantages to getting your parcel delivered to a locker.

  • Come and get it whenever and wherever you want

Our stores are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so you can drop in whenever’s convenient for you. Plus, you don’t have to have your parcel delivered to a store close to your house – you can pick it up at a locker near your workplace, on your way home, or near the gym. Wherever’s easiest for you!

  • It’s safe and secure

We’ve all been there – a parcel’s been left in your wheely bin or under a bush, but when you get home, it’s been pinched by a light-fingered passer-by. No need to worry about that with lockers, your parcel’s keep safely until you collect it with a special code.

  • It’s better for the planet

Rather than having a delivery man in a van try to deliver your parcel multiple times to your home, go for the green option and have it dropped off first time at a locker. And if you can pick it up on foot, or as part of a car journey you’re already making, it’s even greener!

  • You can avoid that nosy neighbour

Sure, your neighbour has been kind taking your parcel in when you weren’t home to receive it. But having to thank them for taking in your third parcel that week makes you feel guilty, and you also don’t really want to get drawn into a conversation about the latest neighbourhood scandal… Get your parcel delivered to a locker and leave your poor neighbour in peace!

  • It’s an easy way to send returns

Don’t spend your lunch break standing in line at the post office to return a parcel, just drop it off at one of our lockers. Simply check your package’s return instructions and follow the steps to create a QR code, then pop it to your local store.
