Sewell on the go appoints new company director
East Yorkshire based convenience retailer and forecourt operator Sewell on the go has announced the appointment of Becky Oughtibridge to its board of directors of Sewell Retail Ltd.
Professional Services Director Becky has worked for the wider Sewell Group, which includes Sewell on the go, for 20 years and her appointment to Companies House signals the continued growth ambitions of the business, as well as its focus on people and culture.
The appointment comes as the Group celebrates its 150th anniversary, with roots tracing back to 1876 in East Hull.
Sewell on the go has a network of 12 award-winning forecourts and convenience stores across Hull and East Yorkshire and is well known for being a great employer, growing its own talent and giving back to local communities. The business has been named one of the UK’s best companies to work for in the Sunday Times awards for over a decade and been recognised in the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise for Promoting Opportunity.
