We would like to say a big thank you for the support and solidarity you have shown us throughout the Coronavirus lockdown period. We really appreciate our customers for working with us and following the new measures in-store to make sure that everyone stays safe. The safety of our customers and our team is our top priority.

We’re pleased to be bringing you some good news. After careful consideration and planning, we are pleased to announce that the Subway branch at our Chanterlands and South Cave store are now open. Please visit our Subway page for the new opening hours.

This is part of our phased return for all of our Subway stores and to do this we have made a number of changes to our service in line with government guidance.

Social distancing

We will have social distancing measures in place for customers collecting their food, allowing only a limited number of people in at a time. Please ensure when visiting our store that you take note of these measures and help us to keep our staff and customers safe.

Payment

Although we will accept cash payments in-store, we do advise and encourage you to use contactless payments where possible.

Mobile order & pay

We are now offering an online order option through the Subway app, allowing you to order and pay before collecting in store, and through Uber Eats.

Menu

There will be a limited menu available initially, please ask at the counter for availability and more details.

In-store

We will be continuing to follow our regular and thorough hygiene routine, emphasizing frequent and proper handwashing, providing hand sanitiser in store and making sure our staff use hand sanitiser and have a vastly increased cleaning regime.

Cutlery and condiments will still be available behind the counter. Please ask at the till for these.
