New forecourt on Swinemoor Lane, Beverely

We’ve submitted a full planning application for a modern convenience store, petrol forecourt and EV charging station on Swinemoor Lane, Beverley following consultation with local residents, businesses and ward councillors.

Plans include developing the former Evans Halshaw showroom on Swinemoor Lane into a modern, vibrant roadside convenience store and petrol forecourt, which will create new jobs and provide a new facility for people in the local area, as well as much needed electric vehicle charging points.

Facilities will include:

  • A modern new convenience store with a range of everyday essentials and high-quality produce from local traders
  • Petrol pumps and several EV charge points
  • A car wash and valeting facilities
  • A new entrance
  • A new pedestrian crossing

"We want to create a bright, modern convenience store alongside EV charge points and a filling station that’s open 24/7 for local people and commuters."
